About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join a top-ranked PI law firm in the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-value caseload of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion.
  • Handle claims involving complex birth defects and catastrophic injuries, with a focus on cerebral palsy cases.
  • Contribute to the development of the team alongside the head of department.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor/CILEx with 5+ years PQE.
  • Previous experience managing a litigated caseload of complex clinical negligence claims.
  • Experience of cerebral palsy claims is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of the Proclaim case management system is advantageous.
