We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Paint Red Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients across East Anglia, Essex, and North London.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Sell our market-leading commercial air conditioning and air sourced heating systems to contractors, local authorities, developers, retail, and health and education sectors
- Provide customers with design and accurate quotations, consulting with all areas of the business to ensure technical information is accurate
- Work closely with our installation team and associated trades to ensure projects are delivered smoothly
- Attend exhibitions and conferences as required
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a field sales role selling into the construction or commercial sectors
- Technical knowledge of cooling and heating systems, with a desire to learn and expand knowledge
- Self-motivated with the ability to identify opportunities and proactively pursue them
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Good organizational and numerical skills
