Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Inspire, guide, and nurture a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives. Customer Engagement: Ensure that every customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience by offering expert guidance and support. Stock Control: Manage inventory levels, perform regular stock assessments, and maintain precise inventory documentation. Store Presentation: Uphold an appealing and well-organized store environment that effectively highlights our merchandise. Sales Monitoring: Track sales metrics and implement strategies to achieve and surpass performance goals. Staff Development: Continuously enhance your team's product knowledge and customer service capabilities through training. Safety Standards: Ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff by adhering to safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

Prior experience in a retail management position, ideally within the retail or sports sector. A strong interest in retail and a comprehensive understanding of products and services. Proven leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Familiarity with inventory oversight and store presentation. Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
