About the Role
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and care to our residents. You will work closely with our experienced team to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of our young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support and guidance to young people in our care
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Participate in activities and games to promote socialization and engagement
- Manage challenging behaviors and provide de-escalation techniques
- Work collaboratively with our therapy team to develop and implement individualized care plans
