Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical assessments of individuals to determine the impact of their disabilities or conditions on their work life.
- Produce accurate and concise reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) to inform benefit decisions.
- Meet with individuals face-to-face and via telephone/video to gather information and conduct assessments.
- Uphold best practice standards and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the assessment process.
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD) present on CV.
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
- IT skills and experience of using a range of software.
- Self-aware and focused on professional development.
- Motivated to contribute to quality customer service, demonstrating empathy, respect and sensitivity in assessment delivery.
