Sessional Lecturer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sessional Lecturer to join our team of educators. As a Sessional Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
Key Responsibilities:Teaching and Learning: Deliver engaging and interactive teaching sessions to students, using a range of methods and materials to promote learning and understanding.
Course Development: Contribute to the development of new courses and programs, working with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Student Support: Provide support and guidance to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals and overcome any challenges they may face.
Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, communicating effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:Qualifications: A Level 3 teaching qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essential. We are happy to support passionate and experienced individuals in achieving a Level 3 Award in Teaching & Education.
Experience: Previous experience of teaching and learning in a similar context is essential.
Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders. A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
