We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at Complex Care Choices. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex care requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including ventilation, peg tube, suction, cough assist, moving and handling, and personal care.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver person-centred care, ensuring our clients receive the best possible support.
  • Be a positive advocate for our clients, promoting their rights and dignity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of six months experience in a care setting.
  • Fully flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • No smoking policy due to the nature of our clients' conditions.
  • Driver (desirable).
