PwE Recruitment Group Limited is in search of a Site Services Manager to take charge of the daily functions of the Site Services Team. This position demands exceptional organizational and planning abilities to oversee site operations across the UK, ensuring that activities are carried out effectively and on time. It is a dynamic role that necessitates flexibility and proactive thinking for those looking to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee engineering, planning, and implementation of site operations, including mechanical and electrical installations, maintenance, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with both internal and external parties to ensure successful project execution.
- Facilitate 'ready for site' meetings and rehearsals for site activities.
- Develop and supervise risk assessments, method statements, and safe working protocols for team members.
- Perform site audits and visits to uphold high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Lead and manage the Site Services team, which includes mechanical and electrical technicians.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in site management, project management, or project engineering within a client-oriented setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Expertise in managing health and safety obligations and enforcing safe working practices.
- HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical field, or substantial related work experience.
- City & Guilds/NVQ in a relevant technical area.
