Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee engineering, planning, and implementation of site operations, including mechanical and electrical installations, maintenance, and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external parties to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitate 'ready for site' meetings and rehearsals for site activities.
  • Develop and supervise risk assessments, method statements, and safe working protocols for team members.
  • Perform site audits and visits to uphold high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Lead and manage the Site Services team, which includes mechanical and electrical technicians.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site management, project management, or project engineering within a client-oriented setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Expertise in managing health and safety obligations and enforcing safe working practices.
  • HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical field, or substantial related work experience.
  • City & Guilds/NVQ in a relevant technical area.
