About the Venue

The Manor Farm Barn is a vibrant pub and dining establishment located in the charming village of Southfleet. Originally constructed in the 18th century, it underwent restoration in 2001, becoming a pioneering thatched pub of the 21st century and earning accolades for its design.

With beautifully restored oak beams, expansive floors, a striking high ceiling, and abundant natural light, it offers a unique atmosphere for patrons to unwind, dine, and socialize.

Your Contribution

As a vital member of our welcoming and collaborative kitchen team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. While prior culinary experience is advantageous, we encourage individuals with a passion for food, confidence, motivation, and teamwork to apply, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.

About Us

As Britain's oldest brewer, Shepherd Neame has proudly operated from Faversham, Kent for over three centuries. We are an independent family-run business, boasting an award-winning visitor centre and a network of over 300 pubs and hotels across London and the South East.
