Job Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated healthcare support workers to join our Outpatients team. This role involves providing essential assistance in our clinics, ensuring a high standard of patient-centered care.
As a healthcare support worker, you will collaborate closely with nursing staff to deliver exceptional care to patients. Your responsibilities will include supporting medical professionals during consultations and assisting with direct patient care and procedures. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess strong communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to patient-centered care is crucial, and flexibility is required to meet the demands of the service.
Our outpatient clinics typically operate Monday through Friday, with staff working on a rota that includes late shifts. Please note that this is not a standard 9am to 5pm role, and weekend shifts may occasionally be necessary.
