Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to produce comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessments in accordance with industry standards and regulations, including ACoP L8, HSG 274, HTM:04 01, Water Regulations, and BS 8580.
- Develop detailed end reports, including recommendations for remedial action, site-specific control schemes, management plans, and schematic drawings.
- Provide technical advice and consultancy to clients, leveraging expertise in water hygiene and risk management.
- Assist with water hygiene-related tasks, including monitoring and maintenance, as required.
- Conduct inspections using electronic devices or relevant paperwork, ensuring adherence to quality control systems and operational procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrate a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Legionella control and risk management principles.
- Possess City & Guilds or similar third-party accredited Legionella control training.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a multi-site capacity, adhering to strict quality control systems and operational procedures.
- Exhibit proficiency in basic IT applications, including MS Word and Excel.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance materials, including ACoP L8, HTM: 0401, Water Regulations, and BS 8580.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
