Regional Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to join our team in Richmond. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading our estate agency team and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and grow the property register
  • Develop and implement business strategies to maximize revenues and branch profit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Manage the performance of employees through regular 1:1s, reviews, and morning meetings
  • Influence a result through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of the plan
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property sales and estate agency management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driver's license
