We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.

The Savoy Grill, a renowned restaurant within the iconic Savoy Hotel, offers a unique and exciting work environment. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, and we are looking for a talented individual to support our senior team in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the senior team in managing kitchen operations, supervising, and developing the culinary brigade.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery, as well as effective communication across all sections of the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and create menus, ensuring seasonality of ingredients and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage payroll and food costs, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
