About the Role:
Pertemps Network Group is seeking an experienced Construction Education Director to lead our construction training programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction education, managing curriculum development, quality assurance, and budgetary control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead curriculum management and support teams to ensure the highest standards of teaching and assessment in both apprenticeship and commercial programs.
- Implement strategies to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant construction training that meets the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including Ofsted.
- Manage the delivery of apprenticeship and commercial programs, including budgetary control and performance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote our construction training programs.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop marketing strategies and materials to promote our construction training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our construction training programs remain relevant and effective.
Requirements:
- A construction-related background with relevant qualifications, such as a degree in construction management or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of construction education training programs and industry standards.
- Strong understanding of funding rules for apprenticeships and other industry funding models.
- Proven track record of managing performance through people, including team leadership and development.
- Level 5 teaching qualification and/or a related teaching certification.
- Extensive experience in educational leadership, including multi-site operations and budgetary control.
- Proven ability to deliver curriculum efficiencies and drive high performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification and/or a related leadership certification.
- Enhanced DBS check and a full driving license.
