Job Title: Desk Based Business Development Manager

We are currently recruiting a talented and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Brakes. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of business development success, with a strong understanding of commercial principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial principles and practices
