Job Title: Desk Based Business Development Manager

We are currently recruiting a talented and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Brakes. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and success
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of business development and growth in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial principles and practices

Salary: £28,822 + OTE of £52k

Location: Tamworth - Remote
