We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer of innovative medical products. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving a culture of safety excellence.
The Role:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the business
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics
