Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team at Associated Utility Supplies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, customers, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain effective health and safety policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and provide training and support to employees on health and safety best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to integrate health and safety considerations into project planning and execution.
- Prepare and present regular health and safety performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in the energy or utility industry.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
