About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our team at Chartwells. As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of food service staff to maintain high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
  • Assist with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
  • Produce weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
  • Place orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
  • Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
  • Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.
  • Team player and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
