Technical Bid Writer and Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Bid Writer to join our dynamic bid management function. As a Technical Bid Writer, you will be responsible for writing high-quality and compelling tender responses that showcase our expertise in software development and delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- Identify tender opportunities for the Local Government and Innovation Delivery teams and present these to stakeholders.
- Coordinate the efforts of other bid team members to ensure the best quality bid is completed to specified deadlines.
- Curate relevant sections of central tender response repositories.
- Help plan and monitor bid progress against the scheduled plan, addressing issues as they arise.
- Use customer feedback to improve the quality of bid responses.
- Strong technical knowledge and writing skills.
- Ability to demystify complex technical information into clear, precise, and cogent prose.
- Experience in writing about software development practices, covering how we have built, deployed, and iterated our own software products.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively.
