Housing Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Housing Business Analyst to join our team at Novax Recruitment. This is a contract position with a scope for extension, working full-time hours with mostly remote working and 1 day on-site per month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process mapping AS IS and TO BE business processes, including making changes, updates, and amends.
  • Creating Use Case Descriptions for system functionality, linking these with the tables in the Solution Design.
  • Creating User Stories to support creation of Acceptance Criteria and Testing.
  • Matching system functionality to tasks within business processes.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining the processes work plan spreadsheet.
Requirements:
  • Experience of business analysis in housing is essential.
  • Experience of NEC Housing Management system is desirable.
  • Public sector experience is desirable.
