The successful candidate will be responsible for process mapping AS IS and TO BE business processes, creating use case descriptions, and developing user stories to support the creation of acceptance criteria and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process mapping and improvement

  • Matching system functionality to business processes
  • Maintaining process work plans

Requirements:

  • Experience in business analysis in housing
  • Knowledge of NEC Housing Management system (desirable)
  • Public sector experience (desirable)

About the Role:

This is a contract position with a scope for extension, working full-time hours with mostly remote working and 1 day on-site per month required.

What We Offer:

Competitive daily rate of £450 (umbrella) and a full-time contract for 3 months.
