Client Relations Account Executive

Salary: £25,000
We are enhancing our Client Relations team due to ongoing expansion.
Collaborating with the Onboarding department, you will serve as an Account Executive for new clients, acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts. This role is distinct from typical high-volume, inbound customer service positions.
Your responsibilities will include addressing any concerns, general inquiries, and technical questions that arise during the initial 30 days of their engagement.
You will maintain regular communication through inbound, outbound calls, and Teams, ensuring a premier experience for our business partners.
This position offers a diverse and dynamic environment within a small, supportive team.
Main Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional client service to both new and existing clients.
• Conduct proactive onboarding calls to welcome new clients and provide an overview of our services while assisting with account setup.
• Manage each onboarded client throughout the first 30 days of their service agreement, accurately documenting interactions in Salesforce.
• Support the company’s objective of transitioning all users to our platform.
• Take ownership of any service issues raised by clients, meticulously recording their concerns in the relevant CRM system.
• Conduct webinars to demonstrate our services for prospective clients and those transitioning from other platforms.
• Ensure compliance with all Service Level Agreements consistently.
• Meet and surpass all Key Performance Indicators.
• Contribute to team goals, with a strong focus on client experience and feedback.
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in customer service is essential.
• Ideal candidates will have a background in outbound, telephone-based roles.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients of varying technical expertise are crucial.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to change is important.
• Responsibility for personal product knowledge is expected.
• Capability to communicate across different levels within the organization.
