Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and brokers.

  • Stay up-to-date with market dynamics and regulatory environment to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10+ years of experience in property finance, with a proven track record of success in origination and business development.
  • Extensive network of contacts within the property market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high performance.
