Job Title: Head of Structured Property Finance

Buckden Partners is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our origination team in the structured property finance space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success through strategic planning, relationship building, and innovative finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive origination strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and brokers
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, leveraging your extensive network and market expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored finance solutions that meet client needs
  • Lead and manage a high-performing origination team, providing guidance and support to ensure success
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10+ years of experience in property finance, with a proven track record of success in origination and business development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high performance
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
