Job Summary:
Planet Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join their team on a long-term temporary assignment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an innovative and forward-thinking company, with the potential for a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-house diagnosis, servicing, repair, and testing of customer returned products using established procedures.
- Key responsibilities include performing maintenance, testing, and calibration of repaired products, troubleshooting, and providing recommended resolutions, preparing clear quotes and repair reports.
- Logistic coordination for service devices: custom clearance paperwork.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Good assembly knowledge and ability to undertake small repairs on devices.
- Strong technical support skills and ability to work with internal teams and customers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
