Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at First Choice Staff. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for managing accounts, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts, including invoicing, credit control, and debt recovery.
- Update and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and reports.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve queries and disputes on customer invoices.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience in accounts, ideally in credit control.
- Basic knowledge of accounts packages such as QuickBooks, Sage, etc.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional telephone manner and ability to work under pressure.
What We Offer:
Salary depending on experience and a competitive benefits package.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 17:30pm.
