We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Site Labourer to join our client's team. This is a hands-on role where you can make a real difference on-site every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Ensure the site is clean, organized, and meets all housekeeping standards, creating a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Material Movement: Play a crucial role in moving materials around the site, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
  • Safety First: Help identify and mitigate health and safety risks, ensuring a secure work environment for everyone on site. Lead by example and promote a safety-first mindset among your teammates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with contractors and client representatives to understand their needs, assist in resolving any issues, and keep them informed of progress on-site.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Hands-on experience in construction site work, with a solid understanding of construction activities.
  • Valid CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card and relevant site experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work confidently and effectively with colleagues, contractors, and clients.
  • Commitment to Improvement: A commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to learning from experience.
  • Basic MS Office Tools: Proficiency in basic MS Office tools.
  • Travel and Location: Willingness to travel or be based locally in the area.
  • Driving License: A full, valid driving license.
