Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cleaning Team Lead to join our Accommodation Cleaning Team at Haven Primrose Valley Holiday Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training and coaching our cleaning team to deliver exceptional presentation of our guest accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach our cleaning team to deliver outstanding presentation of our guest accommodation
  • Conduct regular checks on each unit to ensure high-quality, clean, and safe accommodation for our guests
  • Provide feedback, support, and assistance to team members as needed
  • Lead by example and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas
