- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of information technology, particularly Microsoft Office, and experience with internal databases.
- Education: A degree in Early Years or Leadership and Management is desirable.
