Position Overview:
The Client Services Licensing Consultant plays a crucial role in guiding individuals and organizations through the process of obtaining Wireless Telegraphy Act licenses. These licenses are essential for enabling seamless wireless communication across various sectors, including mobile technology, internet connectivity, and radio communications.
Team Dynamics:
As part of the Client Services team, you will engage with approximately 42,000 licensing requests annually and handle around 25,000 inquiries through our support channels. Your contributions will help ensure that our clients receive the assistance they need in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to manage licensing cases and applications while adhering to established performance metrics.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective verbal and written communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to enhance the licensing process and implement improvements to the overall customer experience.
- Utilize multiple software systems to efficiently process and oversee Spectrum Licenses.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and relevant departmental gatherings as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using various computer applications and systems is necessary for daily operations.
- A solid understanding of regulatory standards is vital due to the nature of the role.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Accountability: Self-driven and enthusiastic, with strong organizational skills to manage workload effectively.
- Time Management: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks to balance immediate demands with long-term objectives.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a pass in English language and mathematics at the GCSE level.
Desirable Experience:
- Prior experience with Salesforce, Workday, or similar systems is advantageous.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries via telephone is preferred.
