About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Thorn Baker Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including carpenters, laborers, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Site Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
