Building Site Supervisor

beBee Professionals is seeking a Building Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in overseeing construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee subcontractors and site staff to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Handle any issues that arise on-site and implement solutions quickly.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Building Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.
