About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Adecco UK LTD. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, working closely with senior management and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, ensuring timely and efficient processing of payments and invoices
* Analyze and resolve customer disputes and queries, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive working environment
* Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, and credit agencies, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues
Requirements:
* Proven experience in credit control and accounts receivable within a large business
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables)
* Numerical skills and understanding of accounting principles
* Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Knowledge of SAP is preferred
