ISS is seeking an experienced Operational Support Specialist to join our team. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing essential support to our operational field teams, account teams, and other relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and manage documentation to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
- Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Collate data and input information into relevant reporting systems as required.
- Create and maintain business reports and records of activity for resourcing statistics.
