We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RMN and RNLD) to join our team at Priory Hospital Bristol. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
About the Role:- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients are met.
- Participate in the development of new services and care pathways, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
- Support the local implementation of our Group Nursing Strategy, promoting excellence in patient care and staff development.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
- Registered nurse with active NMC PIN and 12 months post-qualifying experience.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
- Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.

Our shift patterns are designed to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. We offer day shifts from 7am to 7:30pm and night shifts from 7pm to 7:30am.
