Lodge Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, including scheduling and coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks
- Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Organize activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
- Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring the property meets all relevant standards and regulations
- Manage the administration of the site, including maintaining records and reports
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with a range of residents and stakeholders
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently, using initiative and judgment to resolve problems and make decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
