Exciting Opportunity for a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our School Therapy Team at The Children's Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children, young people, and families accessing our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy assessment and intervention to children and young people with neurodisabilities and neurodevelopmental concerns.
- Work within a multidisciplinary and multi-agency setting to promote outcome-focused interventions, safe care, function, and participation of children and young people.
- Support children and young people with communication needs, speech, and language difficulties, eating and drinking, and tracheostomy care at a highly specialist level.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a high-level of attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders.
