We are seeking an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our nursery, working closely with our management team to ensure the highest standards of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote children's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive working environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
  • At least 2 years' experience of working in a day nursery.
  • Proven experience of leading and supporting teams.
  • Ability to inspire, energize, and support others.
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
  • Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
