Reports to: People and Governance Manager
We are seeking a Business Administration Apprentice to join our organization.
This full-time position is designed for a fixed duration of 2 years, with opportunities for advancement into higher-level apprenticeships and potential permanent roles.
In this capacity, you will assist with various administrative functions including:
- Facilitating recruitment and selection processes
- Managing email communications
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Organizing training sessions
- Overseeing internal communication platforms
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility and a robust work ethic. A logical, proactive approach to tasks, along with flexibility and self-motivation, are essential. Effective communication skills are also a key requirement.
Essential qualifications include a solid educational background equivalent to GCSE Level or the ability to demonstrate relevant experience.
