**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to join our busy team in West Cumbria. As a Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of rental properties, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a large portfolio of rental properties, including routine repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Organize and coordinate repairs, improvements, and maintenance work with contractors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing tenancies, including rent increases and utility transfers.
- Deal with tenant arrears notices and provide financial incentives for timely payments.
**Requirements:**
- Self-motivated and organized with strong administrative skills.
- Confident in communicating with individuals, including face-to-face and over the phone.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Full, clean UK driving license.
- Practical knowledge and experience in the property lettings market would be beneficial.
- Good local knowledge and understanding of the area.
