We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Veritas Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our People/HR function, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional learning, well-being, and culture experience to our employees.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your people development skills and knowledge of talent management. You will work closely with the wider People/HR function to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of our employees
  • Develop and implement training strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training content
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of digital learning platforms and tools
