Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

TRS Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and breakdown repair of sophisticated medical systems used in theatres, NHS departments, and private healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with external customer contacts, including clinicians from the NHS and private healthcare organisations, to provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Service and repair a wide range of medical systems, utilising your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  3. Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and address customer needs, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in field service or technical support, preferably in a high-value electronic capital equipment environment.
  • Qualified to a minimum ONC or HNC level or above in electronics or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain confident in customer-facing environments.
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
