We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer care and support to our clients at Slough Audi.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our workshop team, and providing expert advice on vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Key responsibilities will include informing customers on vehicle status, liaising with technicians and workshop control, and ensuring vehicles are ready on time. You will also be expected to provide recommendations on our products and services to customers.
This is a challenging role that requires a customer-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on building rapport with clients and identifying their needs. You will work a variety of flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About you
We welcome applications from individuals who are willing to learn and progress, with a focus on developing their skills and knowledge through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses.
Key skills and qualities include excellent organisational and administrative skills, good attention to detail, and a strong customer service background. A working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
