Job Opportunity

We're seeking highly motivated and hardworking individuals to join our production team in Blackpool. As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the manufacture of high-quality tablets and capsules for global brands.

Working in our cleanroom environment, you'll have the opportunity to work independently or as part of a small team, utilizing your problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation of our production process.

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in the manufacture of tablets, capsules, and/or blending of powders. Familiarity with Bosch, Syntegon, and PTK machines is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
  • Conduct Quality Control tests as required
  • Set up manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing operation
  • Operate, control, monitor, and conduct cleaning for manufacturing process equipment
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs and targets
  • Ensure the work area meets required GMP & BRC standards
  • Maintain and support right-first-time culture
