Care Support Worker

About the Role:
As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework. Additionally, you will help clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting with medication.
What We Offer:
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, plus 25p mileage reimbursement. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and support to develop your career with access to further qualifications and courses. Requirements:
