Edinburgh, Edinburgh, United Kingdom Carr Gomm Full time

Everyone encounters challenges that require assistance at some point.

The spectrum of disabilities and capabilities can often overlap – some may be apparent, while others remain concealed. Our mission is to empower individuals to navigate the hurdles they face in life by collaborating with them to identify and enhance their inherent strengths. A significant part of our approach involves active listening and devising a tailored support strategy.

The Glasgow initiative is dedicated to aiding individuals in maintaining, recovering, or managing their mental well-being, skills, and competencies to lead autonomous and meaningful lives. Our objective is not to perform tasks on behalf of individuals but to partner with them in their journey.

If your background aligns with our mission, consider the opportunity to join Carr Gomm as a Support Practitioner. Your starting salary will reflect your qualifications and experience. We encourage you to express what makes you an ideal candidate for this position.

We invite applications from all individuals eligible to work in the UK or those who can secure a visa allowing them to work in the UK (e.g., dependent visas, ancestry, etc.) that do not necessitate sponsorship from Carr Gomm. Proof of eligibility will be required prior to any employment offer.
