Exciting Opportunity for a Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our client's manufacturing team in Corby. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities, providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce management reports to inform business decisions
  • Liaise with external accountants to ensure accurate year-end accounts and audit compliance
  • Manage global financial reporting, ensuring alignment with standards and timelines
  • Oversee banking duties, including bank reconciliation and ledger payments
  • Responsible for weekly cashflow forecasting and banking figures
  • Manage the payroll process, ensuring compliance with HMRC and auto enrolment regulations
  • Oversee credit control, ensuring effective credit terms and limits

Requirements:

  • ACCA, CIMA or AAT qualified, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Previous experience within manufacturing is desirable, as is experience in global financial reporting
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IFRS accounting
  • Experience of margin analysis, cost/sales, and strong working knowledge of Excel and Sage 200
  • Confident in dealing with Directors and stakeholders, with a strategic thinker and growth mindset
