Role Overview:
In response to a growing project pipeline, we are seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor to enhance our skilled team.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the effective execution of both new construction and renovation projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and overseeing health and safety protocols
  • Managing construction schedules and developing short-term plans
  • Collaborating within a project team and taking the lead when necessary
  • Monitoring and evaluating subcontractor performance
  • Working closely with commercial and design management teams
  • Engaging with clients effectively

Candidate Profile:
This position is ideal for individuals who possess:

Experience:
A background in a similar role with a proven history of successfully delivering new construction projects valued over £5 million.


Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


Qualifications:
Current CITB site-based certifications.


Problem-Solving Skills:
Adept at identifying and mitigating potential risks.
