**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our Construction team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Safety and Risk Management**: Support the Site Manager in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees, supply chain partners, and visitors.
  • **Document Control**: Ensure that all relevant HS&E documents are correctly recorded and reviewed when received, and that they are the latest version.
  • **Work Planning**: Check that all relevant documents adequately describe the work to be carried out.
  • **Method Statement Review**: Review and comment on Method Statements and Work Instructions as required by the Project Execution Plan.
  • **Work Supervision**: Supervise work to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with Method Statements and Work Instructions.
  • **Progress Recording**: Record the progress of the works on record drawings or other suitable means when required.
  • **Non-Conformance and Improvement**: Record all non-conformance and improvement opportunities and agree action with the person in charge of the works.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mechanical site operations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
